Do I need to run ccleaner on a Google Pad?

I was wondering if I need to run a cleaner to delete Temporary Files or a Registry Cleaner on an an HP Google Notebook?
Also, where is the "Delete" Button on the Pad? Is it one of the icons along the top keys?
Any help would be appreciated.

No, that is a Chromebook not a Windows one if it's running a Google OS.
