Do many hard resets mess up your system?

I have made a lot of hard resets (the ones with the combination of buttons) to my Galaxy S4 Mini, for different reasons.Can you explain to me whether this have messed the OS (Android) or the hardware of the smartphone?Thank you.

No. The reset just wipes user data and resets all settings to stock. No damage at all.

Even after maybe over 50+ hard resets?

I have seen phones that have been through 500+ resets and still work like the first day.
