do you know any effect for PowerPoint that can do the following?

I have this idea:
put a circle, a huge one with the slide title on the center, and than add an effect to make it smaller and at the same time make it slide to the top of the slide (so that I can insert a graph or text below it). is there any effect on PP or some effect I can download so that I can do it?
