does 3.5mm 1 female to 2 male support 2 playback devices

Hello, I've got 2 computers sit next to each other, and 1 pair of loud speakers. I want to play from the two computers to the same speakers, is adapter of 1 female to 2 male will solve it? ( 2 males connected to the computers and the female to the loudspeaker cable) Thank's a lot.

* I am asking it because all the adapter I search ( 1 female 2 male) are for mic & speakers.... And I doubt if it works or not.

This might work, or might not. You'll be better with building (or buying) s simple stereo mixer.

If you want to select which PC is playing then you need an input selector not a splitter.
