Does anyone know how to extract/capture pictures

Give the print screen button on the keyboard a try. Then paste it's capture into mspaint or something.

will this app capture the whole screen? if u want to capture a website that wont fit to the screen and u have to roll down to see the rest of the page, will this app will capture the non appearing section?

Dont think you can take shots of web pages with fraps. I tried with my fraps and it didnt work.
However if it did, i dont think it would capture the whole page. Only what was visible.
Try the Print screen/paste to paint as mentioned above. Even then you will only get whats visible on your screen.
