Does anyone know what you are supposed to 'open with' when you download cc onto your laptop before you add it into your game?

Basically I have a HP laptop, a new one and I have downloaded some cc onto it from The Sims Resource however it is coming up as a word document and when you right click on it, it has an option to ''open with...'' and I am not sure what to open it with so it can be used in my Sims 4 game can someone lease help me soon?
