Does doing a factory reset on a laptop void the warranty?

So I did a factory reset hoping it would get rid of an audio issue it seemed do develop and somehow, during the Windows installation at boot-up, it lost all the network-related drivers as well as the drivers for my video card. i don't know how that happened but I can't get them back now because for some reason the OS (W7) is not supported.

According to that, my warranty is still intact right? I have had it for 2 months so i will have to pay the delivery fee.

It's a custom one from PC Specialist, the 15.6" Optimus V. But it's no good, the drivers won't go on as it says Windows 7 isn't supported which doesn't make sense as those same drivers were on before the reset.
