Solved! Does my laptop support a144 hz external monitor?

Hi , I ve got an Hp pavilion gaming 15" with ryzen 7 3750h and a GTX1660ti

I use it for play usually but the laptop display is only 60hz so I wanted to know if I could buy an external monitor with 144hz to get that extra fps since I m blocked at 60 right now.
And if it can support an external monitor with more refresh rate, what type of monitor should I buy? Is it good for every monitor with hdmi port?

It will run 144hz at 1080, of course if you can get that high frames depends on the game. I would get a gaming monitor but be happy with getting 75, 100, 120 hz out of it with the laptop. It will still be better than 60.
