I would like to run my Family Basic set on my US NES since I don't have a AV
Famicom.

What I'm wondering is if anyone knows of a hardware mod that will allow me
to access the same hardware that the Famicom Expansion port allows access
to, but on the US NES.

It seems probable that the NES underbelly expansion port would be the first
place to start.

Any help or direction appreciated.

Please reply in the group, thanks.

Last I checked, the NES expansion port didn't directly correspond to the
Famicom's expansion port, but I agree with you, some sort of bridge should
be possible.
