Most laptops have a "Locked" or Limited access Bios that prevents OCing.
You can check the BIOS to see if You can access the CPU Multipliers and voltages such as vcore.
That said. Probably would NOT be a good idea even if by slim chance you could.
The Cooling system is set up for stock and by OCing you are going to raise the Temps. Even at stock some laptops have a hard time keeping things cool when the CPU is pressed (ie loaded such as gaming) or encoding a large video file.
"H" series MBs generally are not OCable.
