Does tinder come preinstalled?

Fiance claims tinder app came preloaded

I have never heard of that app coming preinstalled on any device. The best way to know for sure is to ask the manufacturer or contact the retailer where it was purchased and look at one of the same phone (if local) or if online, contact the company selling it and ask what apps it comes with.

However, I have to say that after seeing hundreds of phones I have never seen a dating app preinstalled. Ever.

Thank you, I didn't think so. I was just hoping I was wrong. Also, dating site "commercials" popping up in his messenger is another red flag.
