Downgrade to Windows 7 from 8

Hi, first of all since i bought my Mecer Xpressions laptop it gave me lots of problems with windows 8 and now want to downgrade to 7 Ultimate. After reading so many others having issues with this i am abit nervous to do so. Is there a way to do this without any hassels?

Why Win7 Ultimate? That's a lot of money for extra features you almost certainly do not need.

I have had W7 Ultimate since it came out, i have gotten use to using it so you know... Still doesn't answer my question though.

Easiest, best way is to back up any critical data, gather all your application files and disks, any and all usernames and passwords.
Ensure you have Win7 drivers for your hardware

Clean install of the OS.

Search for drivers of your laptop...sound card, GPU., network card, wireless,etc that go for windows 7 if your manufacturer site doesnt provide W7 drivers specfically, dont downgrade un less you know youhow to recover to factory default the laptop.

Seeing that it is still under warranty i am thinking of just taking it back for a swop
