Downloading photos from iphone 4S to my PC

I have a few hundred pix on my Camera Roll, including 20 I just took. How do I download JUST THESE 20 to my Windows 7 pc? Thanks!

Does iTunes not have this option? You'll probably have to go through that whole iCloud thing then, or use other cloud based storage options like Dropbox. Upload the photos you specifically want and then download them off the cloud storage on your PC.
