My sons dragon touch y88x keeps buffering. Is there a way to add memory?

Buffering does not necessarily imply a memory problem, but could be a network problem. What is he doing when the buffering occurs?

He’s trying to watch cartoons.... the ones that come on the device.... I have very fast internet and don’t usually have a problem.... but emails have been coming slowly so maybe there is an issue. Not sure what we can try

Reset your router. That sometimes help.
