i need driver for the s304 fujifilm camera for windowd 7 operating system

Have you tried connecting it to your PC via USB -- most cameras just allow you to drag and drop files to the computer using Windows and nothing more.

Alternatively add a USB card reader and swap the card from the camera to the reader.
