drivers need to be installed for dell inspirion n5050 after installing windows 7

i am bit confused in installation of drivers for my laptop dell insipirion n5050........from official dell page i have downloaded 24 drivers for my laptop and my doubt is should i install all of them or not??????

if all the info you gave them is accurate i would say yes,unless you see drivers for hardware you dont have.

1)Dell QuickSet Application
2)Audio, IDT 92HD87B1 (Driver)
3)N5050,BIOS,A05
4)Intel HM57/HM67 Express Chipset Family Driver
5)Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
6)Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader Driver
7)Dell Touchpad A00 8.1200.101.214
8)Intel Graphics Driver
9)Realtek RTL8111E-VB Gigabit and RTL8105E-VB 10/100 Ethernet Controller Driver
10)Wireless driver(Depending upon the Wireless card shipped with the system.

Enter the Service Tag and press submit button. ( You can find the service tag at the bottom of the laptop on white sticker, it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.)
Choose System configuration and Click on Components and look for network card.
