Drivers not installed

I formatted my laptop with window 7. The drivers I had were outdated, so I don't know what to do now. My laptop used to have bluetooth, wifi, camera options now they all are gone.
My laptop specifications are:
System Model: Inspiron 3541
Processor: AMD E1-6010 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics, 1350 MHz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 4GB
System Type: 64-bit OS (Window 7)

I also installed DriversUpdaterPro but its asking money. Is there any way I can install drivers by downloading them?

Download the drivers from Dell's support site on another computer and put them on a USB stick and run them on your laptop.
