Solved! Drivers not installing

i have a HP laptop with geforce 820m
the current version of driver is 347.88 and i want to upgrade it but whenever i try to install a newer version, it says cannot find compatible graphics hardware.
on device manager, under display it shows geforce 820m working.
also when i try to change my display from internal graphics to 820m, it doesnt work and says cannot detect the nvidia geforce 820m.
please help.....

I'm assuming that support for that GPU was removed from newer drivers. Can you pass on the model of your HP laptop? An SKU would help two fold. You could try uninstalling your older drivers and reinstalling using the latest found here.

its HP 15-r002tu.
i tried reinstalling the drivers but the lastest ones do not install, only the ones like 347.88 works. Also geforce experience doesnt update nor does the old version shows the details about the graphics driver.
how do i find the SKU number?
