I dropped my BRAND NEW galaxy s7 on asphalt today, before my otterbox defender case came in. The phone has a small chunk out of the silver plastic edge on the right side of the phone, and a small hairline crack on the glass to the bottom right of the back button. I was wondering if my otterbox would be sufficient from keeping the glass from cracking more, or if I should use super glue, or even have the screen replaced. Thanks in advance!

If it's on the back and you have it in a case, you should be able to just tape the crack to keep it from spreading. I'd try that before using glue. Those cracks usually don't grow unless you drop it again.
