Windows 10 laptop cannot find all available wi-fi connections

Does it see some WIFI in both bands? Many laptops do not have dual band WIFI, especially lower and mid-level.

does it find any at all? was win10 original to this laptop or an upgrade?

Windows 10 an upgrade to an old Toshiba Satellite laptop, does still work on 2.4ghz can't seem to find 5ghz connection

goto your laptop's manufacturer's website to download the win10 driver if there is 1 for your wifi card.
