Dual sim sync with outlook

Hello, gang. I'm looking to buy a cheap (prob chinese) dual sim phone. The breaker is it HAS TO SYNC WITH OUTLOOK. How do I know it can, when I see it in the store? Salesperson wont be reliable. Help, please?
