dunzip32.dll

when I attempt to open a program that will allow me to transfer files from my old hard drive to my new hard drive I get this message "could not load dunzip32.dll"
What is this and how do I fix it? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The program you are running should have installed all DLLs it needs.

The best way to fix it is to run the install program again. If that is not an option, then search your hard drive for that file, then copy it to the same folder as the program.
