Duplicate Appointments Created

Whenever I make an appointment in my IPAQ 4155, a
duplicate is immediately created - suggestions?

I also get this added to the fact that it shifts everything on one day so
what is in Monday on the PC ends up twice in Tuesday on the IPAQ

Interested to know what is going on
