DVD Problem! Pls Help!!

I have an Samsung DVD Player, and i have download an movie. On my computer i have bs palyer, that searches for me a subtitle. But when i burn the disc, the subtitle doesn't appear on my DVD Player and on my computer works perfectly. PLS HELP!!!

You should ask the company that you downloaded the movie from and, if they can't fix your problem, ask for your money back.
