Question DVR for OTA & Streaming TV?

I currently get my tv from OTA & Streaming DirecTV NOW.

DirecTV NOW has a cloud DVR with about 20hrs storage. Which is ok, but could be better.
My OTA doesn't have anything.

Is there a DVR on the market that records both OTA & Streaming TV?
If not, can one be built?

Or a OTA DVR that plays well with all Streaming services?


Are there any really good OTA DVRs?
No subscription (14 days guide data)
2-4 tuners
Doesn't need smartphone (apps) to control

Since content on streaming apps is always available on demand recording there isn't an incentive to record it. You might be able to do it with an Android TV box but it's not legal. Easier to just download a copy if it's not legal anyway.
