Hi - does the RAM card from an Acer E5-571 fit into an Acer E5-511?

Yes ... depending on the size.

The 511 will only take 8GB (2 X 4) maximum ... the 571 will take up to 16 (2 X 8)

Both 204 pin sodimm PC3L sticks.
