Question Earphone mic not functioning during calls

My Earphone mic is not functioning during what's app and normal call.The person in call can't hear what I'm speaking. How it occurs how can I solved it?

During listen to voice record,music cant hear but during calls the mic not working. So the person in call can't hear me

Listen to music..voice record all can hear. But during calls I can hear the person speaking but they can't hear me what in speaking
