What's a good bandwidth monitor website?

I spent 15 years building an ISP and ISP software that manages this sort of thing, then after spending 2 years building <<removed by moderator>> I came to this forum to post it and it said that the domain was blocked as being spam.

I then searched the forums and saw that other domains were not blocked and now I am trying to figure out why.

I've owned the domain the past 12 years and I don't know why this prominent website would flag it as spam.

I have a college degree in Web Development and more than 25 years in bandwidth monitoring.

I was trying to find out what website wasn't spam to tomsguide.com based on known qualification of author.
