Solved! Editable Pdf file

Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I am looking to make a pdf file:

1. That has 4 quarters i.e. to make 4 post cards on each file.
2. with 3 one word editable areas in each of the 4 quarters
3. The rest of the files locked so that the receiver can open it up in Foxit Reader or Adobe Reader and fill in the editable areas (texts)
