electrocution with laptop

Hi friend! I have a simple question which need immediate answer if possible!! The question is whether watching a film, listen to music with an earphone on a laptop which is still charging could cause electrocution or not? plz comment your answer!

A definite no, the ac adapter is only putting a max of 19 or 20 volts. No one would put out a product that was capable of electrocution if used in the way it was intended.
