Emachines 350 Linpus

Hello,
I have bought this acer emachines, 350 with linpus on, I would love to have the last version of UBUNTU Linux on it, how can I do this.

You can go here:
http/www.ubuntu.com/
and download and burn the CD. Get the desktop edition, 32bit, has the best hardware "coverage". You can test-drive it by running it from the Cd, or just install it and run from HDD. Installation is straightforward, just follow the wizard.
