HI is anyone aware of a way to contact facebook when you have a compromised account but are unable to log into use their link?
My friend has given scammers her fb password. she has tried to log in to report at

she can't log in now as they must changed the password and when using the recover account option it eventually has asked for photo id which she has provided. a message saying they would get back to her in a couple of days? I
In the recover questions she provided her phone and email but tey were not recognised. I guess the spammers would have changed the security details?.
Surely this sort of situation occurs all the time, its seems ridiculous for them to expect you to log in to report that your account has been stolen as clearly you can't log in then?? THanks for any hints I can pass them on.
