Emergency, need a droid phone asap

would be great if I can get a recommendation for an unlocked android phone, my budget is around $250 and I can purchase used. I would have the phone next day aired, shipping costs are not included in the budget.

my requirements are few
-android based, with the ability to handle moving wallpaper without serious lag
-excellent call quality

I see used and unlocked Galaxy s2s for this price, would that be the best choice?

GS2 is a nice phone if it's in your budget then go for it.

I hear the Google Nexus 4 dropped down to $299 unlocked. Maybe the extra cash is worth it. Man...i wish I knew more about cell phones lol. im way behind the times 😛
