Enable on screen keyboard for acer aspire one

I have 2 Acer Aspire One netbooks. One of which, the keyboard has quit working. What do I do in order to enable the on-screen keyboard??

duh, how would i type anything if the on screen keyboard is not on yet ?????????? i am on another computer trying to figure out how to get the on screen keyboard on the acer because the keyboard is not working.....thanks for NOT helping
