Error downloading a file

When I try and download control centre from the clevo website the following error occurs: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<Code>InsufficientAccountPermissions</Code>

<Message>The account being accessed does not have sufficient permissions to execute this operation. RequestId:f2659090-0001-006b-681d-cb3bd3000000 Time:2016-06-20T18:02:17.1757581Z</Message>

Does anyone know why this is happening? I think my laptop is not blocking the website as it doesn't matter if I try it on a different laptop. If this is the case, can anyone suggest a way round this.

Also if anyone have the control.zip file from this website: https://clevo.blob.core.windows.net/driver/P7xxDMG/Others/Control.zip can you put a link here if this is allowed? This is the official site so you moderators don't have to worry about it being a dogey site.

I have windows 10 if that helps.
 
Don't think it you. look like it is using Microsoft Azure Storage and clevo didn't setup correctly to pass the credentials to access the download file.
 
It worked thanks very much. This proves that you and everyone on Toms hardware know more than the support team for Clevo as I asked the same question.
