I have a acer Aspire F 15 and at start up the screen goes dark and the whole computer is unresponsive, I have to restart the computer.

At the start exactly when? Does it go past the BIOS and start to load Windows? This started when? Was the system dropped, liquid damage, etc...? What have you tried already if anything?
