Error Proxy Connection failed

I get this error
ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED
while surfing with chrome on my moto e
what can I do??
I have recreated my APN more than 100 times
restarted my phone but it doesn't help

Problem solved I had to select the network operator
