Seems you are using VS.NET?
Must be some error
PPC is not connected or file is busy(it's executing just this moment)
If you dont use any program manager programs will just minimized so they
will be still executing after pressing X.
You can close it in settings->memory(but i found that program is still
executing after pressing X and is absent in that list)
Move that file to other directory
Reset PPC
