Solved! es 15 laptop problem

after a few minuets my laptop is going to stop working...and i need to hit the power button to force it to off and turn on again..

please help me whats going on with new 1 month old lappy..

It could be overheating. It could have a virus. It could be just defective.

When you get into BIOS and stay there - does you laptop still freeze?
