OKAY I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO PUT THIS /capslock

So I have ESET Smart Security 4. Now every damn time I run a scan, it shows me threats, yet it doesn't do anything about it! It says; number of infiltrations 34 OK NOW HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM!?!? I swear to god I am getting sooo mad. Is it just a useless scan that tells me I have threats yet can't get rid of them? How pointless is that!

I am incredibly frustrated and am about to get an aneurism and shoot my computer up with a .50 if this happens again so I need an answer and a solution. Thanks!
