Question Ethernet slower than wifi on laptop

Ethernet slower than wifi so I did a fresh install of windows it got fixed but for some reason when the wifi was used the Ethernet problem came back now it is being limited to 100mbps no matter the cable and even the usb tethering to the laptop from my phone I uninstalled the drivers for both wifi and Ethernet nothing changed even changed the router

What is the make/model of the laptop? Could be a defective port. Have you examined the port for debris or bent pins?
