Are you willing to drive to a consultant with the phone and pay for his/her time so we can look at the contacts, and call the phone company and ask them about why the number may not be showing an ID? If yes, you may get help. Aside from that, you need to find out what the phone # or name is on your own. The phone company won't give out any info unless it's to the account owner, so you may as well do the work yourself.
