exe run problem

i have toshiba windows 7 laptop.no matter what exe file i run.it wont run.i wait on and on but exe files dont run.can a friend help me.

It's very similar to a computer virus. If u have an antivirus, then it didn't help you.

i have avast /malwarebytes/malwarehunter pro.they havent found any virus.

If you are sure of antivirus, I advise you to update windows (an error in the registry)

my windows was fully updated.but it slowed down my computer greatly so i removed some windows updates and now my laptop runs with normal speed.
