Step 1: Connect your Lytro camera to your desktop or laptop computer.
Step 2: Open the Lytro Desktop program on your computer.
Step 3: Select the pictures that you want to export.
Step 4: To export an All-in-Focus JPG image, set the aperture to f/16. This is done by using the virtual aperture control.
Step 5: Go to the File menu and select Export.
Step 6: Name your file and make sure the export option is set to .jpg.
Step 7: Click Export and you are finished.
