Question External drive reallocated sectors count

Hi,

I have a few technical issues with an external drive and I checked the health status in CrystalDisk and this is what I read :

Health status "Good" - Reallocated sectors count - current 100 worse 100 threshold 36 raw values 000000000000

Should I worry and start transfering my files?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. That's what I usually do and this drive is actually partially a backup of some files from another one. Does it look like it's going to die? I tried to transfer a movie file earlier on this drive and suddenly my internet was freezing and in "This PC" under devices and drives I could see the drive without the space bar and couldn't access it.

I also have another question ; I have two USB ports on my laptop and when I have one external drive plugged in and I want to plug another one to transfer information my laptop always disconnect the one already plugged in and sometimes I get a message that there are errors and I need to repair when I plug it back in. is there a way to fix that so the one plugged it doesn't disconnect?
