The beast graphics card adapter to laptop when I turn on the laptop every thing starts and runs then laptop will turn off ??????? What do I do everything is hooked up right I think
650M and 1060 use the same driver (current for both is 416.16). What's the exact eGPU interface/model you bought? Probably your card isn't supported, or the laptop doesn't support the eGPU.

Dell inspiron 7720 has geforce 650m that came with it.beast external doc and I am trying to get running a gtx1060 oc 3gb card to work ,do i need to fully delete the old drivers?

It might be trying to share PCIe lanes & causing a conflict with the 650m, pulling too much power (more than the AC adapter can supply), etc. You mentioned a Beast enclosure, but which model, specifically?
Exp GDC ,I have disabled old graphics card disabled integrated nic ,Dow loaded driver for 1060 what am I missing if someone can help me to get this right I will do what ever I can to make it worth while
Sounds like it's not compatible. Could be firmware, probably even power requirements (1060 draws around 120 watts and up, 650m draws only 45 watts - your battery and AC adapter likely can't supply enough power).
