extra notification problem with galaxygrand2

my samsung galaxy grand 2 shows extra notifications in notification area that can't remove

If you tap and hold, you should be able to hit 'App info'. This will take you to the page of the app that's providing the notifications. There should be a tickbox to not show notifications from the app.
