Extracting ringtonesfrom old cellphone to pc cause phone doesn't work any more

Hello,
how do i extract ringtones from an old cell phone to my pc so i can reuse them on new phone

If the old phone works, i.e. still turns on, connect it to your PC via USB and then go into my computer to see if the phone shows there. If it does, you should be able to browse the various folders until you find the ringtones and transfer them to your computer.
