f10 and mozilla

I have a problem with my upper bar, it disappears, and when I hit f10 it will stay only if i do nothing, soon as I begin to type, it disappears again...

how to fix this...

You are talking about teh menu bar, right? You really want that? If you do, open it, go to view > toolbars and click "menu bar"
