Facebook account locked

Can't log in to Facebook, account was locked & I couldn't identify the friends pictures they showed. I have many friends & can't identify all of their pictures. They want I.D. I don't have the I.D. they want. I tried to send the I.D. I have but it wouldn't even let me send it. There is no way I can identify enough pictures when they let me try again. Help please. Ty
